This is for the information for all the first year admitted students of the present academic year that as per Govt.  of West Bengal, Dept. of Higher Education notification No. 915-EDN (CS)/ 10M-95/14 dated 01.11.20, they have to declare within 8.11.2020 that they have taken admission solely in our college only and if they have taken admission in any other college, they must cancel their from other college otherwise her studentship will be cancelled during university registration process as one student can register from one college only.

If you do not want to continue from our college then you must cancel your admission otherwise you will not able to register form other college also.

Steps to be followed for online declaration process:

1.       Log in to our admission portal using your application number and password.

2.       One home page, “CONFIRM YOUR ADMISSION OR CANCELLATION FOR THIS COLLEGE” option will open.

3.       Select the appropriate one:

(✓) “TICK TO CONFIRM YOUR ADMISSION FOR THIS COLLEGE AND YOU ARE NOT ADMITTED IN ANY OTHER COLLEGES” to “CONFIRM ADMISSION”

(✓) “TICK TO CONFIRM YOUR ADMISSION CANCELLATION FOR THIS COLLEGE” to  “CONFIRM CANCEL”

4.       Click on confirm and save.

5.       Pop up will ask “Are you sure you want do this?”

6.       On successful submission, on your screen confirmation message will come as “Thank you for your confirmation. Your admission has been confirmed for our college.”

Students are also advised to visit our website regularly and check their email for further updates.
